If your healthcare provider uses Debtle, you will receive a communication via email and/or text message if your account is eligible for Debtle. The messaging will include a personal link that will enable Debtle account access for your account only. Within Debtle’s app, there are FAQ pages and a way to submit questions or concerns to Debtle. You will also be able to message your provider’s office via the in-app messaging feature.

Healthcare Organizations
Provider organizations use Debtle to streamline patient communication and access to discounts or financial assistance for patient accounts with overdue balances. For example: For patients who owe more than $1000 and are over 90 days past due, send customized messages via text and email, pre-screen them for financial assistance or patient discount programs, adjust the amount due, and connect them to over a dozen payment methods and any outside sources of funding they may be eligible to receive.
